A project for Swiss milk producers (SMP)

Every year, major Swiss public exhibitions such as BEA, OLMA, and Les Automnales organize unique special exhibitions dedicated to an important Swiss agricultural product. The aim is to convey knowledge to visitors in a playful and interactive way, using all their senses, in an area covering more than 200 m².

Following the successful presentation of Swiss milk in 2007 on the occasion of the 100th anniversary of the SMP, milk was to be the focus of such an exhibition again after 20 years. Under the title “MEGAMILCHSCHAU – From Grass to Glass,” a captivating experience was created for Swiss families with children.

Our task: coordination, design, and implementation. On behalf of SMP, we took on the comprehensive coordination, organization, and design of the subproject “Methane Cow – Lovely is part of the solution.” In close collaboration with our partner company 3-D-Art, we implemented the project and created interactive 3D models that bring the methane cycle to life in an entertaining way for families, adults, and children.

Objective: Education and image cultivation. The aim of the subproject was to expand knowledge about methane production in cows while strengthening the image of the Swiss dairy industry. Interactive models allowed visitors to follow the journey from grass to cow stomach and the formation of methane in a vivid way.
